Peanut CSSLs Raw sequence reads

In this study, whole genome sequence data for three chromosome segment substitution lines (CSSLs) and the cultivated parent were generated. The cultivated parent is an important spanish type peanut cultivar grown in Senegal, West Africa. The derived CSSLs resulted from crossing the cultivated parent with a synthetic allotetraploid peanut derived from the wild diploid progenitors of cultivated peanut. Because they have a uniform genetic background, variations in the CSSLs are hypothesized to be due to introgressions from the wild synthetic genome.
