Nutrition values raw data

This is a collection of data from 3 different SNF regarding daily intake at different meals and meal times. Data was collected from meal cards at each facility. The companies utilized to supply the food were comparable in price and quality. The nutritional value of the meals were calculated based on the USDA food composition database; with reference to the supply company and were compared to national recommendations.
