This is the repository for the ISMRM-sim simulated diffusion MRI dataset. ISMRM-sim is an expanded dataset based on the 2015 ISMRM Tractography Challenge simulated dataset. This repository expands the original challenge dataset from one simulated subject to 15 subjects with higher spatial and angular resolution DWIs.
