Single Cell sequencing analysis of adult SP-C BRICHOS mice lung epithelium

We report the single cell RNA sequencing of the lung epithelium of mice expressing the SP-C BROCHOS mutation (SP-C C121G) at 3 and 7 days after tamoxifen induced mutation expression. The control sample for this experiment are mice hypomorphic for the SP-C mutation (SP-C C121Gneo).
