This repository contains data and analysis code supporting <i>Muscle spindles provide flexible sensory feedback for movement sequences</i> by Olson et al. The repository includes:<b>Processed Data</b>Three custom processed data tables for session data in <code>.pkl</code> format:<b>S (Session Tables)</b>: Kinematic and task-related data sampled at 2.5 ms time bins.<b>SpCounts (Spike Counts)</b>: Spike count data for recorded neural units, also at 2.5 ms resolution.<b>SpTimes (Spike Times)</b>: Trial-level spike time data for all recorded units.Also contained are a series of <b>unit tables</b>:<code>unit_table_0</code>: All recorded neural units.<code>unit_table_1</code>: Units recorded within the mesencephalic trigeminal nucleus (MEV).<code>unit_table_2</code>: All non-duplicate MEV units.<code>unit_table_3</code>: Units classified as MEV muscle spindle afferents (MEV-MSAs).<code>unit_table_4</code>: All non-duplicate MEV-MSAs.<b>Code</b>Accompanying Python scripts and Jupyter notebooks are included for:Data preprocessing and formatting.Analysis of kinematic encoding and sequence-dependent modulation of MSA activity.Reproduction of figures and statistical results as presented in the manuscript.
