Crocosphaera Thermal Adaptation Model Output

Dataset containing model output from the PISCES QUOTA P6Z EVO model which includes explicit diazotrophy and thermal adaptation of the diazotroph phytoplankton functional type (PFT) that was used in the study by Duan et al. (in prep). Three experiments were perfomed: NoEVO (no thermal adaptation of diazotroph PFT), shortEVO (adaptation timescale was 2 weeks) and longEVO (the adaptation timescale was 2 years). Climate change simulations were run using the IPCC high emissions RCP8.5 scenario.
