With the emergence of multiple drug resistant Klebsiella, mechanisms for understanding more comprehensively its pathogenicity are being actively investigated by various methodologies. One such tool is the use of bacteriophage and potentially TraDIS in combination. These will allow us to elucidate the various regulatory control systems and potential unknown factors such as sRNA that play a role in LPS, Capsule or modification enzymes of LPS during growth in a variety of environmental or host conditions.
