Archive comprising (i) Qiime2 code that was used in the amplicon-based metabarcoding analysis pipeline (Script_qiime2_dada2.sh), (ii) metadata file associated to the data (COI-metadata.txt), (iii) input reads (COI-paired-end.qza).

All analysis and diversity metrics implemented in Qiime2 can be accessed by running Qiime2 diversity commands on data provided. All.qsv files generated by the script can be easily loaded on the Qiime2 visualizer at https://view.qiime2.org. (RAR)
