Supplementary dataset for kinetic modeling and concentration profiles in sugarcane vinasse dark fermentation under lactate/glycerol supplementation and effluent recirculation

This dataset provides the complete supplementary results associated with the manuscript “Kinetic modeling and metabolic profiling of sugarcane vinasse dark fermentation: unraveling the effects of lactate/glycerol supplementation and effluent recirculation”, submitted to Engenharia Sanitaria e Ambiental. The file contains Table S1, comprising kinetic parameters and concentration profiles for substrate consumption and metabolite production across the evaluated operational conditions/reactors R1–R8. The reported variables include reactor, monitored parameter, apparent kinetic constant (kapp), minimum and maximum kinetic estimates (kmin and kmax), apparent production or consumption rate (rapp), initial and final concentrations, and coefficient of determination (R²).
