This data table contains the replication fractions of discovery TWAS genes in Fig 6C (column replication_fraction). It also contains the correlations between effect magnitudes for these discovery-replication TWAS pairings in Fig 6D (column effect_spearman). TWAS are identifiable by their regional volume phenotype of interest (column region), the replication cohort and size (column cohort), and the random-sample iteration (column iteration). (CSV)
