Investigation of Gut Microbiota and Metabolite Alterations in Patients with Thyroid-Associated Ophthalmopathy using High-Throughput Sequencing and Untargeted Metabolomics

The aim of this study is to reveal the characteristics of intestinal flora and intestinal metabolic changes in patients with thyroid-associated ophthalmopathy (TAO), with the hope of identifying intestinal flora and metabolites closely associated with the development of the disease. The goal is to provide new clues and insights for the treatment and prevention of TAO
