VPRS 15632 Staff Employment History Cards

This series summarises the staff employment history for staff including nursing and general staff.Historically there has been separate administration of different segments of the staff: medical administration, nursing administration and general administration. The summary record was a card system.The information recorded includes:- name of the employee- Date of birth- date of appointment- Designation and Salary- other information (date of death, resignation, particulars of leave, e.t.c.)Different colour cards were used, e.g. Registered Nursing Staff (Blue), Student Nurse (Yellow) , Mothercraft ( Pink), Ward Assistant ( Green)The card system apparently ceased in c2000 in favour of an electronic system.
