RNA-seq data of liver tissues from Alb-WT Bicd2fl/fl and Alb-Cre Bicd2fl/fl mice subjected to S-100 induced AIH model

RNA-seq was performed on liver tissues from Alb-WT Bicd2fl/fl and Alb-Cre Bicd2fl/fl mice subjected to S-100 induced AIH model. The study aims to characterize gene expression changes associated with hepatic inflammatory responses in the absence of BICD2. Overall design: Alb-WT Bicd2fl/fl and Alb-Cre Bicd2fl/fl mice subjected to S-100 induced AIH model. Liver tissues were harvested 2 weeks after the last immunization. Total RNA was extracted and subjected to high-throughput sequencing.
