Este archivo contiene 47747 filas de identificadores (IDs) génicos asociados a las tres versiones del genoma B73 de Z. mays, obtenidos del portal MaizeGDB y de las publicaciones utilizadas: versión 3 (B73 RefGen_v3), versión 4 (Zm-B73-REFERENCE-GRAMENE-4.0) y versión 5 (Zm-B73-REFERENCE-NAM-5.0). Además, incluye los IDs proteicos descargados y curados desde Phytozome, PAXdb y Ensembl Plants.
Las columnas presentan una organización detallada de cada gen, incluyendo IDs génicos y proteicos, descripciones genéticas, aliases, referencias bibliográficas y datos de expresión (enriquecimiento en tejidos, especificidad en distintos órganos y tejidos, sensibilidad a estrés [abiótico y biótico], patrones de splicing). También se proporciona la asignación de ortología con A. thaliana (ID génico) y O. sativa (ID proteico).
