Principal Component Analysis of Acidogenic Fermentation

Matlab script and raw data file for performing a principal component analysis (PCA) on acidogenic fermentation data reported in literature.<br>This will perform a PCA on the fermentation data taken from the following paper: Ramos-Suarez, M., Zhang, Y. &amp; Outram, V. Current perspectives on acidogenic fermentation to produce volatile fatty acids from waste. <i>Rev Environ Sci Biotechnol</i> (2021). https://doi.org/10.1007/s11157-021-09566-0<br>Ensure script and data file are saved within the same folder, then run the script.<br>
