PDB structures and .pse session file of the structures of the A5 peptide and its complex with the HVEM protein

<p>The subject of this deposited research data are the PDB structures and PSE session presenting the A5 peptide based on the CD160 protein sequence. Following synthesis, this peptide was subjected to NMR analysis, and the resulting structures were averaged, minimized, and docked to the HVEM protein, yielding a structure used for molecular dynamics analysis. A similar analysis was performed for the HVEM/A5 complex, obtained based on the crystal structure of the CD160/HVEM complex with PDB code 6NG3.</p>
