Transcriptional characterization of ILC1 and different subsets of ILC3s lacking REV-ERBs. [ Bulk RNA-seq]

Different subsets of ILC3s and ILC1 were sort purified from siLP of WT and DKO mice to study their transcriptomic profile in the tissue of 8-12 weeks old mice. Overall design: Cells were sort-purified using FACS Aria II (BD Biosciences) from small intestine lamina propria of 8-12 weeks old Vav1-Cre x NR1D1/NR1D2 fl/fl mice (DKO) and littermate fl/fl controls (WT). Sorted cells were used to prepare RNA-seq libraries by using the Clontech SMARTer Ultra Low Input RNA Kit V4 (Clontech Laboratories).
