The Larder Lake Water Quality Monitoring Program includes monthly (seasonal) field measurements using handheld equipment (i.e., YSI unit, Secchi disc) as well as the collection of water samples analyzed at ALS Global. With the support of Atlantic Water Network, residents of Larder Lake have established three sample locations within the lake and have been trained to collect field measurements by boat. Monitoring commenced July 2025.
