Codelists for "Systemic Therapies for Psoriatic Disease and Major Adverse Cardiovascular Events in Older Adults: A Population-based Cohort Study"

This repository provides diagnosis, procedure, and medication codelists (including Drug Identification Numbers, DINs) used in the study: “Systemic therapies for psoriatic disease and major adverse cardiovascular events in older adults: a population-based cohort study.” The codelists support transparent and reproducible definitions of: Study population with psoriatic disease (psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis) Exposure to systemic psoriatic therapies (DIN-based drug classes) Major adverse cardiovascular events (MACE) outcome and its individual components Exclusion criteria Covariables including comorbidities and medication-based covariables We developed those codelists for use with Ontario administrative health data held at ICES, drawing from datasets maintained by Canadian Institute for Health Information (CIHI), the Ontario Drug Benefit (ODB) program, the Ontario Health Insurance Plan (OHIP), and the Canadian Organ Replacement Register (CORR). This repository contains codelists and DIN lists only. It does not include individual-level data or analytic code. Data sharing agreements prohibit public release of the underlying administrative data. Access to ICES-held data may be requested through ICES Data & Analytic Services (https://www.ices.on.ca/DAS). More detailed file descriptions are available in README.md in the repository root (codelists/).
