Data and code for: Relaxation of climatic constraints drives asymmetric redistribution of Phlebotomus across the Mediterranean Basin

This repository contains the data subset and R code required to reproduce the species distribution modelling analyses described in Liu et al. (2026). Occurrence data originate from GBIF (https://doi.org/10.15468/dl.sfvwd4) and are provided here as a cleaned coordinate subset. Bioclimatic predictors should be downloaded directly from WorldClim v2.1.
