Shallow groundwater and surface water level and nitrogen concentration data in a pasture covered riparian zone

This dataset contains water level data and water chemistry data in a riparian zone of an upstream meandering reach of Xilin River, which is located in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, China. (1) groundwater level and river stage data in the rainy season of 2021 and 2022; (2) concentration of different nitrogen forms and relavant water chemistry indices in the rainy season of 2021 and 2022.
