RADseq data prepared for 89 samples of Megistostegium (and two outgroups) by Floragenex Inc. and sequenced on Hiseq 4000

This study explores the phylogeographic history of the Malagasy endemic genus, Megistostegium. RAD-sequencing was performed on samples collected from populations distributed across the range of the genus. Resulting genetic data were analyzed to identify the number of distinct genetic clusters, investigate relationships between species and populations and identify drivers of diversification in the group
