资源简介:
Soil-plant interactions during vegetation restoration result in continuing changes in plant growth state and soil physicochemical properties, which affect the dynamic balance of soil nutrient turnover. When there is an imbalance between soil nutrients and the requirements of the microorganisms, their growth and metabolism become limited. Microorganisms are key factors involved in nutrient cycling between soil and plants, although numerous studies have confirmed the impact of nutrient limitations on microbial activity during vegetation restoration, the effect of nutrient limitation on microbial community composition and diversity requires further investigation. In addition, as interactions between soil microorganisms and the responses of key taxa have not yet been identified, it is imperative to analyze the microbial mechanisms involved when nutrients are limited during vegetation restoration.
