OCSVM-FET Sync Files - Strong/Medium/Weak Selection Regime

This dataset contains synchronized allele frequency files (sync format) generated through forward simulations of pooled sequencing (Pool-seq) data under strong, medium and weak selection regime. The simulations were designed to evaluate the performance of machine learning and statistical approaches for detecting polygenic adaptation in experimental evolution studies. The dataset includes five files representing different population sizes (n=10, 50, 100, 250, and 500 individuals per pool) across multiple replicate simulations. Each file contains genome-wide allele frequency trajectories tracked across generations, formatted according to the standard sync file specification used in population genomics.
