Transcriptome Study of CD34+ hematopoietic progenitor from patients reached of Primary Myelofibrosis

An increased number of circulating CD34+ hematopoietic progenitors (HP) and a prominent amplification of dystrophic megakaryocytes (MK) are observed in PMF patients.
