Atomic composition of the surface of two biomaterials used in peripherally inserted central catheters

The file contains energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) data about the atomic composition of a thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) and a silicone, both used to make peripherally inserted central catheters. The Results are expressed as the mass percentage of the overall rdetected atoms. Each column represents a measurement point, originating from a specific sample. For EDS, three analyses were performed on different locations of each sample.
