资源简介:
Human embryonic development after attachment remains elusive due to technical, ethical, and policy challenges of experimenting with early embryonic tissues. We build a model of the post-attachment human embryo by controllably assembling the stem cell model of the human epiblast with stem cell derived extraembryonic tissues. We provide three sets of single cell RNA sequencing data to characterize the system: data from the E10 in vitro attached IVF human embryo, stem cell-derived extraembryonic cells derived by BMP4 induction on soft substrates, and the resulting model of the post-attachment human embryo. Single cell RNA sequencing on the 10x platform of E10 in vitro attached human embryos, embryo models assembled from embryonic stem cells, and extraembryonic tissues derived by direct differentiation of embryonic stem cells.
