Positively selected sites (PSS) were identified with posterior probability ≥0.90 using Bayes Empirical Bayes (BEB) analysis. M0: one-ratio model. aOne PSS was identified with posterior probability = 0.774 using BEB analysis. When Naive Empirical Bayes analysis was used, the posterior probability = 0.946.
