GNPS - Topobiographical molecular analysis of human skin

mzXML files of MS/MS data for skin swab samples taken from 2 human subjects. Additionally, beauty products, chemical standards, cosmetic ingredients, human cells, and microbe extracts are also included. All data was used in conjunction with the the grouping file in methods and protocols to create a molecular network available at gnps.ucsd.edu. Under results, it is the network created and packaged in cytoscape.
