Expression profile of cassava shoot under heat and cold stress conditions using no-amplification non-tagging CAGE-seq

This study provides nAnT-iCAGE-seq data from cassava (Manihot esculenta) exposed to 42°C (heat), 4°C (cold), and control conditions. The dataset includes raw sequencing reads, processed transcription start site (TSS) profiles, and annotations for alternative promoter genes (APGs) and differentially expressed genes (DEGs). Data were generated using Illumina 2000/2500 platforms. nAnTi-CAGE-seq profiling of cassava shoots (ECU72 and KU50 cultivars) under control (25°C), heat (42°C), and cold (4°C) treatments for 5 hours.
