Reasons for not making e-payment methods Philippines 2022, by age

According to a survey conducted by Rakuten Insight in October 2022, 67 percent of the respondents aged 45 to 54 in the Philippines preferred using cash rather than using e-payment methods when making transactions. In comparison, 24 percent of respondents aged 55 years and above said they did not know how e-payments work.
