Spectral reflectance data was collected using an Ocean Optic USB4000 spectrometer with a tungsten halogen light source and DH-2000 deuterium. 2. Images were calibrated and analyzed using the image calibration and analysis (MICA) toolbox (Troscianko and Stevens, 2015) in ImageJ 1.54 (Schneider et al., 2012). 3. The data was analysed with R version 4.4.2.
