Quality of life in cities

The table summarises the results of the survey on the quality of life in the large cities of Latvia — Daugavpils, Jelgava, Jekabpils, Jurmala, Liepaja, Rezekne, Valmiera and Ventspils. During the survey, citizens were asked about their satisfaction with the quality of public services (health, education), employment, daily movement habits and living conditions in general. In 2017, the survey was carried out as part of the European Commission-funded grant “Data collection for sub-national statistics (mainly cities)”.
