Rechtspraak met verwijzing naar macro-effecten (1992-2021)

A dataset containing all Dutch case law (1992-2021) from courts of appeal, Supreme Court and Advocate-Generals in the field of tort law referencing the potential macro consequences of a judicial decision. The dataset is based on the open data of the Dutch judiciary, from which all cases referencing the potential macro consequences of the decision were selected through a layered search strategy.
