<b>Kinetics and Prognostic Value of Serum Mp1p Antigen titer measured by</b> <b>lateral flow assay in HIV-Associated Talaromycosis: A Prospective Cohort Study</b>

The diagnosis of HIV associated talaromycosis (HAT) is still a challenge in in people living with HIV (PLWH). Mp1p antigen assay is a novel diagnostic tool for Talaromycosis. While kinetics and Prognostic Value of Serum Mp1p Antigen are unclear. In the present study, 1 Mp1p measurement by lateral flow assay (LFA) were performed in 130 patient in a prospective study. We find the Mp1p-LFA exhibits comparable diagnostic accuracy compared with blood culture, and provide a cheap, fast and point-of-care method for Talaromycosis diagnosis and even a prognostic value on patients’ outcome.<br>
