AST-Face : A Topology-Standardized 3D Facial Dataset with Emotion and AU Diversity for East Asians Dataset DescriptionThis dataset, AST-Face, contains high-quality 3D human face scans and synchronized multi-view RGB images from 98 adult East Asian participants. Each participant performed a neutral baseline, six basic expressions, and nine Action Units, resulting in a total of 16 facial conditions per subject. Data are provided in both raw and processed forms, including topology-unified meshes, verified AU annotations, and 3D landmarks. Ethics and ConsentAll participants were 18 years or older, provided written informed consent for participation and controlled data sharing, and the study was approved by the Institutional Review Board of Biological and Medical Ethics Committee of Beihang University, Approval No. BM20250316. All data have been anonymized by removing direct identifiers, with only randomized subject IDs retained.
