Evaluation of DNA methylation of functional elements in the murine Fkbp5 locus using high accuracy DNA methylation measurement via TBS

studies on Fkbp5 methylation in rodents are currently limited due to the lack of available measurement methods. To bridge the gap, this study uses high accuracy DNA methylation measures through targeted bisulfite sequencing (HAM-TBS), allowing for an in-depth characterization of DNA methylation of selected and relevant sites within the murine Fkbp5 locus.
