Transcriptome analysis of melanocytes that are new born (NB) and adult (AD) with wild type,K4D, K4DT, SV40T, and E6/E7 methods

This data is the sequence from which the adapter sequence has been removed using software called PEAT. In this study, we compared the biological characteristics of primary and immortalized melanocyte with K4D, K4DT, SV40T, and E6/E7 methods. We obtained the whole poly-A tailed mRNA expression profiling with RNA-Seq among primary, immortalized cells .
