ODDEA Poland Dataset: Digital divide – focus group

The enclosed Polish expert-panel report provides an anonymised qualitative synthesis of a digitalisation and digital-divide discussion, supplemented by written contributions from online participants and a separately surveyed expert. Perspectives include real-estate management, journalism and media production, software and industrial digital solutions, digital marketing, armed-forces applications, retail and logistics data standards, digital systems and public-sector advisory work. The analysis addresses the meaning, drivers and barriers of digitalisation; infrastructural, organisational and skills-related digital divides; and future issues including AI, accountability, cybersecurity and education. The document uses generic participant labels and professional contexts rather than names.
