1. Bacterial and fungal communities and physicochemical properties of soil from pea with different root rot levels

The objectives of this study, therefore, were to: i) determine whether characteristics of the fungal and bacterial microbiome are associated with diseased or healthy sites within pea fields; ii) assess whether abiotic soil properties differ between diseased or healthy sites within pea fields.
