Analysis of data in the policy tool dimension

This data includes the following: 1.466 specialized, refined, and new policy texts, covering the Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta regions from 2006 to 2024. 2. MX20 file. This article uses MAXQDA2020 software to encode 466 specialized, refined, and new policy texts, ultimately forming 1963 encoding nodes. Referring to the research of Rothwell and academia, specialized, refined, and new policy tools are divided into three categories: supply oriented, environmental oriented, and demand oriented policy tools. And classify and count the number of various tools by province and city. (The policy text data mentioned in this article has been compiled and organized by staff through multiple channels.
