Extracellular Domain Shedding of TROP2 Activates EGFR Signaling to Drive Prostate Cancer Metastasis

Pull-down experiments were performed to characterize the interactome of the shed extracellular domain of TROP2 (TECD) in prostate cancer. Two independent strategies were used: (1) immunoprecipitation of TROP2 from patient sera, and (2) immunoprecipitation of DU145 cell lines treated with TECD. Proteins were analyzed by shotgun proteomics.
