P- and q-values for linear mixed models, controlling for ancestry. This table contains the p-values and q-values for the linear mixed models relating the abundances of the common OTUs and collapsed taxa to ABO and secretor status. Models 1-9 are described fully in the methods section, but a brief description of each is included below. These models also include the top 5 principal component loadings as fixed effects to control for ancestry. P-values were calculated by comparing a full model to a reduced model, which consisted of only the top 5 PC loadings (as fixed effects) and the random effects for family and twin status.
