Dryland soil bacterial networks

16S amplicon sequencing data from 3 dryland locations across the world: Arctic Tundra, North American Desert, Antarctic Desert. Each site was sampled in replicate at different elevations and underneath vegetated and bare ground. Data were used to construct interaction networks to investigate shifts in predominant interaction types and mechanisms of community assembly across local stress gradients.
