The study aimed to investigate the impact of dietary yeast on the gut mirobiota of Nile tilapia. Different yeast preparations (LY, HIY, SC) were supplemented to two basal diets (S,F). The control diet and yeast-amended diet were fed to Nile tilapia for 8 weeks. Then the gut samples were collected. The gut wall and digesta were separated for each sample were separated. The microbiota of gut wall and digesta were both investigated by 16S rRNA gene sequencing.
