MultiNFT: A Comprehensive Multimodal Dataset for NFT Price Prediction and Market Analytics

MultiNFT Dataset — Version 2.0 (October 2025)

MultiNFT is a multimodal dataset of non-fungible tokens (NFTs) sourced from OpenSea. To ensure accuracy and consistency, the dataset is built from official APIs and uses a three-stream acquisition architecture that integrates sales records, asset metadata, and standardized image processing.

Spanning April 17, 2021 – September 30, 2025, MultiNFT contains 2,382,584 transactions across 523,020 unique NFT assets from 50 PFP collections, covering multiple market cycles for research on NFT pricing, multimodal learning, and digital asset analytics.

Important: Because collection slugs and asset metadata change over time, Version 2.0 is recommended for all new work. Version 1.0 may include outdated identifiers and incomplete early histories.

What’s New in  Version 2.0

Extended temporal coverageFrom 2021-05-01 – 2025-04-30 → 2021-04-17 – 2025-09-30 (54 months), capturing the earliest transactions for all 50 collections and the most recent activity through Sept 2025.

Updated collection metadataSystematic verification and synchronization of collection identifiers (slugs) to match current OpenSea naming.Example: ‘proof-moonbirds’ → ‘moonbirds’.

Restructured transaction filesReplaced sales_raw.csv and sales_cleaned.csv with a single sales.csv that:

preserves all original raw fields,

adds payment_usd_price (USD-denominated prices),

adds eth_usd_price (daily ETH–USD on transaction date),

adds avg_gas_price (daily average gas price).

Currency handling: ETH/WETH converted via historical ETH–USD; DAI/USDC treated as 1:1 USD. Exchange rates sourced from Yahoo Finance.

Benefits: simpler loading (single file), full reproducibility (raw fields retained), ready-to-use USD prices, and contextual market variables for richer modeling.
