Anonymized Survey Dataset on Employee AI Usage Capability and Social Sustainability Performance in Indonesia

This dataset contains anonymized cross-sectional survey responses from 253 employees working in medium-to-large companies in Indonesia who use artificial intelligence tools in their daily work activities. The dataset supports the study titled “Employee AI Usage Capability and Social Sustainability Performance: The Roles of Green Human Resource Management, Employee Sustainability Awareness, Green Employee Behavior, and Organizational Green Culture.” The variables included in the dataset are Employee AI Usage Capability, Green Human Resource Management, Employee Sustainability Awareness, Green Employee Behavior, Organizational Green Culture, and Sustainability Performance, with Sustainability Performance specifically focused on the Social Performance dimension. The constructs were measured using a five-point Likert scale ranging from 1 = strongly disagree to 5 = strongly agree. The data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The deposit includes the anonymized dataset, variable codebook, research questionnaire, and README documentation. All personally identifiable information has been removed to protect the privacy and confidentiality of the respondents.
