JobShifu job posting research datasets: lifespan, relisting, pay disclosure, visa sponsorship and experience requirements (September 2026)

Five aggregate datasets measured from job postings crawled directly from employer career sites and applicant tracking systems, not from job aggregators. Each JSON file is the exact snapshot its report page on jobshifu.com is built from. lifespan.json (snapshot 2026-09-15): Kaplan-Meier survival of job postings on employers' own career pages, rechecked daily: the share still listed on each day after first sighting, in three source tiers, for postings first seen 2026-07-01 to 2026-08-15. Report: How long job postings stay open relisting.json (snapshot 2026-09-08): across 1,112,997 open roles from 12,656 employers, the share that came down and were listed again at least seven days later (3.6%), by job function and seniority. Report: Job posting relisting rates pay-disclosure.json (snapshot 2026-09-08): of 1,105,379 postings from 12,631 employers, the share that state pay (14.9%), by seniority band and country. Report: Pay disclosure rates visa-sponsorship.json (snapshot 2026-09-08): of 1,111,823 postings from 12,656 employers, how many say they will sponsor a work visa, will not, or say nothing, by job category. Report: Visa sponsorship statements experience-required.json (snapshot 2026-09-08): across 1,113,029 postings, how many years of experience each seniority band asks for, and how often a requirement is stated at all.
