Environmental time series from a temperate macrotidal bay (Bay of Brest)

environmental time series in the bay of brest (pointe du chateau). phytoplankton species (optical microscopy) and some enviromental parameters (macronutrients, temperature and salinity) were measured since 2009. this time series was initiated to follow alexandrium minutum's dynamic in the bay.

自2009年起，于布列塔尼湾（城堡角）对海洋浮游植物种类（光学显微镜观察）以及若干环境参数（包括主要营养素、温度和盐度）进行了测量。该时间序列的启动旨在追踪亚历山大藻（Alexandrium minutum）在湾区的动态变化。
