Microbial communities in coastal sediments and magnetite particles. CoastSed

This dataset contains raw reads and assembled genomes of microbial communities from temperate coastal sediments of different locations: coast off Normandy (France), Elba island (Italy), Spiekeroog island (Germany). DNA for sequencing was extracted from bulk sediment samples and from magnetite particles within the same sediment, that were retrieved with a magnet.
